"The Church is the Continuation of Christ's Mission in this World"
Dear People of God in Christ Jesus,
I warmly welcome you to the official website of St. Thomas CSI Church, Punnackadu, a distinguished and historic parish of the CSI Madhya Kerala Diocese. Having had the joy and privilege of serving as the former Parish Presbyter of this blessed congregation, it gives me immense joy and pastoral pride to welcome every visitor to our digital fellowship.
The Church is fundamentally the living continuation of Christ's redemptive mission in this world. The Constitution of the Church of South India clearly specifies our divine calling: the faithful proclamation of the Gospel, the pastoral nurture of God's flock, selfless service to the suffering, establishing social justice, and holy stewardship of God's creation.
Prayerful study of the Scriptures, powerful preaching of the Word, and committed, compassionate service to the needy make the Church vibrant, relevant, and faithful to our Lord. In this regard, CSI Church, Punnakkadu has pioneered an exemplary mode of practical evangelism through the renowned Community Health Project. Witnessing to Christ's healing touch across the wider community is a shining testimony of the Church in contemporary society.
I am deeply proud of CSI Church, Punnakkadu, its leadership, and its faithful members. I am confident that together, we will march into the future with health, vision, and spiritual vitality. May the Almighty God richly bless everyone visiting this website.
